What is Virtualuna?

Welcome to Virtualuna. My name is Salim, I am a computer scientist and since I was thirteen I am a hobby programmer. Virtualuna is the name I am using to present my hobby projects.
I have founded Virtualuna as a hobby project for studious software developers with passion back in January 2004, when I was still 16 years old. The various projects are presented on the Projects page together with contributive members (in case of collaborative projects).

What does Virtualuna mean?

Virtualuna is a compound of the two words virtual and luna (moon). The goal of Virtualuna projects is to be in the virtual world as fascinating as the moon is in the real world. Therefore the name.
